2016年台北國際書展即日起至8月7日接受報名,歡迎踴躍參加!


由文化部主辦,台北書展基金會承辦的2016年第24屆台北國際書展,將於明年216日至221日假台北世貿中心一、三館盛大舉行,
即日起開始接受報名至87日下午6:00止,歡迎各位出版同業先進踴躍報名參展。

根據2015年書展舉辦「購書999」抽獎活動統計結果顯示,超過50%的民眾購書金額超過6000元,顯示了台北國際書展發揮強大的動員力,
能跨越地域限制,吸引廣大的讀者帶動出版銷售,是年度出版界最盛大的文化嘉年華會。

今年吸引逾20萬人次的青年學子湧進參觀的「18歲以下免費參觀」優惠措施普獲好評,2016年也將持續實行。文化部也將邀請各級教育單位
共同合作推廣參觀書展正式列為校外教學活動,為年輕世代打造美好的閱讀饗宴!

2016年書展推出主題國「匈牙利」,不僅有著瑰麗的自然景觀,更擁有豐厚的文學藝術底蘊,在科學與工藝方面的成就亦舉世矚目,是一個傳統
與現代、自然與人文交融的美麗國度。

此外2016年台北國際書展獲選為交通部推動「臺灣觀光年曆」國際級活動,是全台最具國際魅力與特色之出版文化活動,預料將吸引國際觀光客
前來共襄盛舉。

今年九月本會將進行「台北國際書展大獎」、「金蝶獎-台灣出版設計大獎」報名作業,推廣並獎勵出版社、作家、書籍設計者,並將從書店、
圖書館、書展現場等不同平台加以展示、推廣台灣優質原創出版品,相關資訊敬請留意台北國際書展官方網站【最新消息】。

    2016年台北國際書展各項活動皆已採用線上作業,未來書展各項活動申請作業,都可透過網路完成,歡迎多加利用、了解書展豐富資訊。

[展覽訊息]台大圖書館展覽訊息


INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

CONFERENCE
From November 13 to November 15, 2012

VENUE
The exhibition will be set up in the Plato Chamber, Basement, GIS NTU Conference Center.

BOOTH  FACILITIES
Each exhibition booth measured 3M by 1M and ceiling height 2.5M. Each booth will be fitted out with the following details: 

Three panels divers measure 1MX2.5M, 1MX2.5M, and 3MX2.5M respectively. Please use removable tape to secure your poster or any decoration to keep panels reusable.
One table measures 180 cm by 60 cm with table cloth.
Two folding chairs.
Three 18W spotlights.

REGISTRATION FEE
One registration per booth sold US$1,500(or NT$45,000) includes the Opening Reception on Nov. 13 and conference dinner on Nov. 14. 

ADDITIONAL STAFF FOR EXHIBIT
For each additional staff charges US$350.00 for all daily catering with Opening Reception included. The conference dinner is optional extra of US$60.00.

SET UP
The site can be accessed on Nov. 13 from 8:00AM.  Set up should be completed by morning break around 10:20. Loading zone is provided at the front entrance of GIS.  Car parking on NTU campus , map is attached. Discount fare stamp available on reception counter.

DISMANTLE
On Nov. 14 from 4:00PM to 5:00PM, all exhibit materials and gears should be clear out and transported completely before exhibitors leave.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
Any additional equipment can be rented with extra cost, please refer to Ms. Sandra Cheng

FORWARD DELIVERY OF EQUIPMEMT
All equipments should arrive at GIS before Nov.13. The deliver label is attached.

DAMAGE TO FIXTURES
No signs, banners or other decorations may be nailed, glued or fastened to any surface such as ceilings, floors, columns, wall etc. If there is any need to secure any fixture, please contact Ms. Sandra Cheng.

DANGEROUS MATERIALS
All exhibitors shall ensure no any dangerous materials be used in the exhibit. No potentially explosive, inflammable, toxic materials or materials which could cause water damage and no lighting which could overheat or be obstructive.

FIRE SAFETY AND HEALTYH
All exhibitors and exhibits are required to comply with all local fire safety and health regulations.

NOISE CONTROL AND VISUAL OBSTRUCTION
Where any form of moving fixture, sound system, computer-generated graphics or strong lighting will be used, each exhibitor shall ensure the any effect shall not be obstructive to any other exhibitor or delegate. Sound levels shall be at normal conversational levels.
