請蘋果拿掉盜版App，你可以做到的

前陣子，接到一家出版社版權經理來電，說他們一本賣得還不錯的書，被盜上蘋果App Store。建議他們參考apple4.us網站的方法，趕緊寫信給蘋果公司舉發盜版。信寫過去後，隔日就收到蘋果的回信，不久盜版電子書App也下架。

拿掉出版社的名稱和盜版App名，以下貼出該出版社寫給蘋果的舉發郵件（謝謝佛心提供！），提供給大家參考。請各位版權擁有者、出版社，若發現作品被盜版，覺得權益受損，絕對不要抱持著「真倒楣卻不行動」的心態，文件備齊，趕緊舉發，蘋果公司會處理的。

信件內容如下：

Subject: App Store eBook Piracy: XXX (盜版App名) By YYY (Developer 盜版開發者名)

Dear sir:

It has come to our attention that the following app on the Apple App Store contains copyrighted materials.

http://ZZZZZZ (盜版App的iTunes連結)

As the owner of these copyrights, we have never authorized this developer to use these materials. We believe this is a case of copyright infringement. I hereby attached the copyright agreement signed between the author and us for your reference.

We will take legal action in three days time. Please take immediate action to get this app off the shelf as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for you assistance.
